Student Opportunities

The Master’s in Asian Studies (MASIA) curriculum emphasizes the acquisition of regional knowledge and functional skills. As part of the curriculum, first-year students are required to participate in summer internships or language training. We ensure that students have equitable access to a wide range of opportunities by providing up to $3000 in summer funding to each eligible student. In addition to the summer stipend, the Asian Studies Program also offers a number of merit-based international travel awards.
