Samantha Lu

Born and raised in California, Samantha graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in international relations. Before Georgetown, she was a research assistant with the China Power Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) where her research focused on China’s foreign policy and defense as well as cross-Strait issues. Prior to joining CSIS, Samantha interned with the U.S. embassy in Warsaw and the Council on Foreign Relations.
