"I graduated from New York University Shanghai with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with minors in Chinese Language and Linguistics. My senior capstone examined Indonesian public opinion of China in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative, aiming to assess how the U.S. can best engage in Southeast Asia. Upon graduation, I entered an Erasmus Mundus program in Central and East European, Russian and Eurasian Studies, where I studied in Estonia, Poland, and the UK. I am an alumna of the Critical Language Scholarship, the Taiwan-U.S. Sister Relations Alliance, and the National Security Language Initiative for Youth program. I have previously interned with the Foreign Service Institute, the Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security, and the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Intelligence and Research. I am currently an intern with the Asia Section of the Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Trade Division at the Congressional Research Service."
