Chris Poblete
Class of 2025
"My family comes from a proud line of serving the United States since the Spanish American War. I myself have been serving in the Regular Army for 10 years. I began my Active Duty career by serving as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and then as a Battalion Staff Officer at Camp Hovey, Korea. My most recent assignment was serving in First Army as the Headquarters & Headquarters Company Commander of the 177th Armored Brigade (CATB) at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, where we served as OC/Ts (Observers, Coaches, and Trainers) of our 40+ Reserve and National Guard partner units in support of the Army's Total Force Readiness. My goal is to build my credentials to pivot towards serving as a FAO (Foreign Area Officer) in the Army and contribute positively to our Nation's foreign policy objectives in security cooperation."
