Henry Xuan
Class of 2027
"It was during my Junior year at George Washington University that I discovered my interest in economics. During my studies I was able to dabble in the field of international business, accounting, and finance, which I found even more to my liking. I was chosen by my professor from Global Financial Environment class to present a group project about the Eurozone Crisis of the late 2000s, a feat that I considered to be a great honor given the fact that all the other groups were graduate students within the business school. With that, I graduated shortly before joining the MASIA program at Georgetown with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs, with a concentration in International Economics, as well as minors in International Business and Geography.
I had the privilege of interning for my professor of European Policy class during the Spring of 2024. My task consists mainly of researching the relationship between China and Black Sea countries such as Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, and Ukraine. I was also the administrative assistant of GW's International Student Office during Fall of 2023, where I handled international students' profiles and assisted them with any administrative issues with the school."
