Zeming Li graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University with a B.A. in International Relations. His academic interests focus on U.S.-China relations, especially the political, military, economic, and technological dimensions of strategic competition and cooperation. He is also interested in U.S. foreign policy, Asian security, and the domestic political factors that shape foreign policy decision-making. Zeming has been deeply involved in the China-America Student Conference, serving as a delegate for both ChASC5 and ChASC6. Through ChASC, he has engaged in sustained dialogue with students and young professionals from China and the United States on issues ranging from security and diplomacy to technology and economic relations. At Georgetown, he hopes to continue studying U.S.-China relations in a policy-oriented environment and contribute to more informed dialogue between the two countries.
