Lily earned her B.A. in Chinese and Psychology from Carleton College in June 2025. As an undergraduate, she spent half a year studying Chinese language and culture in Beijing, which led her to continue focusing on China after graduation. Lily has interned at the China Institute of America in New York City, as well as the Asia Society in San Francisco, working with their senior China fellow.
