Help to grow Asia at Georgetown. Asian Studies is in the midst of a multi-year expansion. We want to offer more courses in areas we have deficiencies, recruit new faculty, and maintain a high level of programmatic activity for the benefit of the students and the wider University community. The creation of the new graduate certificate curriculum in 2008 is our first step to creating a M.A. degree program. Other goals include the creation of a new endowed lecture series on South Asia and Southeast Asia. We also seek support for the creation of a Georgetown book prize awarded for the best book on Asia. All of these activities will be housed in a future Center for Asian Studies named after the primary endower of a new space. To make a contribution, please complete the online giving form. Please make sure to indicate in the Special Designation Box that the contribution is for Asian Studies. Thank you for your support.
